Well it depends on what kind..is it online chess or live chess? Live chess is too quick for me but it's good to find games on there. I usually lose on live chess because I run out of time. Now..online chess is different. You have more time to think things through, so use that time.

hey man, just practice and study some tactics and try playing people who are closer to your level if you find losing all the time frustrating (i know i do).  although it's more beneficial in terms of learning strategies to play people who have higher ratings than you, it is not conducive to actually winning!  if you need the self-esteem boost from a win, try playing someone around or slightly below your level.  if you still lose, at least it will not have been a victory given up as easily!

I lost for eight years to my mentor before drawing a game. It's not the same as you because I still won against others in the mean time. But it was rough too. It makes the win more sweet.
