A fun bishop battle

Submitted by mueller on Sun, 05/25/2008 at 9:52am.

I hope all of you enjoy this game as much as I did. I had fun with my bishops,

and slowly pushed back the black camp until I managed to have a winning position.

After the exchange of queens and rooks, black offered a draw which I declined.

I know Bird's isn't the best opening, but it is fun I think. Not much notation in

this game, as I am in a hurry, but feel free to suggest any improvements on

my play.

White 28th move started it all to gain that big Momentum first=Ba4 Check.

(Black keep on moving his King back and force to their original position as well as his Bishop did the same exact same thing to their original position.

White advance his G Pawn 1 square, and his H pawn twice to the 5th square).

White Capitalized on his 40th move=(Bishop captures Bishop=d5).

Black can not captures pieces, and advance to the other side of the board as well too.

Black 41st move should of been to Kd7 instead of Kc6.

White got the clear overall advantage now that he can get across to the other side of the board and by capturing pieces as well too.

Black 42nd move should of been to Kd7 instead of Pa5.

I thought it was funny, he tried moving his king down three times. the only thing he got out of it was losing three turns
