Bank of Scotland vs Musselburgh

Musselburgh chess club traveled across town to visit the Bank of Scotland nice new posh building all glass fronted in Fountainbridge area, easy for parking just along the street, and got a warm welcome from James Turner team captain see picture above, and from the rest of the team we were out gunned on all boards bar the first board who was Alistair Small, and we done well with a three all draw thats six boards waiting on the last game to finish the score stood at 2 1/2 to 2 1/2 and board one agreed a draw so good result.

    Yes Dave that knight h2 got me never seen that before, but enjoyed the game and the match 3-3 was a good result and some interesting games.

    A nice win Jim, and a great result for the team.  I can fathom out what your opponent was trying to do with all the knight moves so early on in the game.  It handed the initiative to you, and you didn't disappoint.
