Ok all of you endgame experts, please tell me how white wins here...played earlier today at Tal Memorial, Gelfand resigned in this position...what's the winning procedure for Wang Hao ? Black was to move and resigned...

Pawn at g7 will fall sooner or later.after Rook h1 there is no more check to be given next move as king goes to f5

I don't know, I think this might be a draw...

1...Ke6 2.f5+ Ke5 3.Re8+ Kd6 4. Re4 Rg1+ 5.Rg4 Rf1 with Black playing Ke7-Kd6 and Rf1-Rg1 all the time and I still see nothing.

White is not obligated to play Rxg7. How about f5+ first and then something like Re8, Re4 and Rg4?
It's Black to play- Ke6, then if Rxg7 Black has checks from g1 and h1.
Well, Black cannot protect his g-pawn, as far as I can see.
