A lot depends on why u broke up. Anytime there is a restraining order, no friendship can come. or Is wanting to be friends now a subconscious excuse 2 be around this person so u can find closure on unresolved things? Is wanting 2 be friends now, really a product of guilt u have for how u were as a partner? Do u feel u owe your ex, at the very least, your friendship? If u truly want 2 be friends with ur ex, it should be because u like her as a friend. It needs 2 be because u are willing to work at what might be a very hard friendship 2 solidify. What attracted u to her in the first place, is probably still there. There's habit and familiarity here, which are huge things and should not be taken lightly. Do u want 2 be friends with your ex because she so exceptional, or because she so easy and convenient? please u ladies and guys should try to answer this question with sincerity...thanks
