Very nice puzzle and game.
Also - I believe the win for mathijs' line is 3. Rh1, is this correct? Black has to give up material to block the discovered mate after White moves the king.

Good question! I completely forget to address this defense. There is a convincing win however and it has to do with the h-file. Just look for a "silent" move!
