Here's a third-quarter goodbye to real-life friends I won't see for a while.

Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end.

The video is from my formative years.

It was filmed on Traction Avenue in the Arts District of Los Angeles just across the street from the iconic Al's Bar (which, unfortunately, no longer exists).  The sushi restaurant is still there, though.

I know who I want to take me home.

There are angels in Los Angeles, and I have met them.
