Cool endgame study - test your engines!

I like this cool endgame study - white to move and win. In all variations there is only 1 winning move for white (black can have several options). I tried with Fritz 10 to analyze it - it could not find the first correct move or find the winning line. It's extremely difficult! Post any solutions and let me know what engine found it.

This is my idea, and i think it  is the only way for white  to win, my idea is to get somehow a position with 3 bishops on a8-h1 for white with Bxg2#, First move is probably hg8=N followed by Nh6, i could create that position for me maybe someone would. Good luck! I hope i helped.

So war my engine has found no solutions, but i think i am pretty near with my solution... Hope i`ll sovle it soon :D, but i have seen a really similar puzzle before where white promotes 4 nights, just like this one might be :D

This study shows that computers still have limitations...:-)

Fritz also says 0.0 - it simply does not find the solution.

I will let people come up with ideas for some time and if nobody has a solution I will give some hints to get people started.

The entire solution is simply amazing. This is true chess beauty in my view!

Actually, Nh6 might be better but I'm still just managing to postpone the inevitable stalemate. Stockfish keeps sayig 0 even after my moves so probably I'm just not getting it :)

No, the trick is that to avoid the stalemate white has to take on g2 and if he does that, the Stockfish evaluation becomes -4 for white. To win white must probably maintain the pin on all of black's pieces whilte keeping the option of useless pawn-moves open for black so as to avoid the stalemate. I can see that hxg8N could be an option as it allows a later Nf6 before the stalemate which opens for another series of pawn-moves for black along the f-file while bying time for white to convert again. But it doesn't appear to be enough. It's my only idea at the time, though.

if i am not seeing something black can do then let me know but i am pretty sure once blacks rook is taken and pawn promotion for white, its time to resign isn,t it?

what moves does black have? none!?? its a totally won game for white. black is pinned in the corner with no moves and no way of winning. you said there is only 1 winning continuation for white? that is pawn takes rook =Q then bring that queen back to stop any perpetual attemp when black frees his queen which will take at least a 3rd move before any check is played
