In the first opening, 3. Bxh6 wins a piece because gxh6 leads to Qh5 checkmate.

Those sure are crazy openings! Here are some thoughts on them:
Opening 1, even if all your book moves were followed, I definitely prefer white in that position, so I don't think black's defense was any good. In the second opening, those black queen moves are not forced and pretty bad, really. Why ignore development for so long? And the 3rd opening, after 5...Qg6, white should play Be2, because even though black doesn't seem to notice it either, he is actually threatening to win the rook with the fork 6...Qe4+.
So, yes, you'd have to be crazy to play these openings simply because they aren't good.
