i kno im not the only one experiencing disconnections & hate feeling powerless over the issue. any suggestions on what i (we) shoul do ??? maybe we should demand staff do something about but we dont have much to hold as collateral. iv complaind in main, however, that didnt get anything done...actually,they simpley ignored me! so we need to improve the site we all like best to make it even better than it is. what can we do? please help me(us), thanks.
