Truly wise-spoken words.  I was simply finding a positive way to share my frustration, whilst perhaps in the process hoping to find a solution to the problem.

Yes, that's frustrating indeed. But in ten years, will it matter? In five years? Why not find some hungry children to worry about, some handicapped people who need some help, or a homeless kitten who could use some loving. Mind you, I'm not downplaying your frustration, but from my 67-year-old vantage point, I'd say: save the anger for something else.

I don't think being a diamond member would have made a difference. The computer simply messed up -- don't take that personally.

P.S. Remember, to err is human, but to REALLY mess up, it takes a computer.

Man... same here... It is wise to try to save a copy periodically.  But when you use the chess diagram sometimes your work just disappears...it sucks.

That happened to me too. I was realy upset anys I agree with PavleKosic, They just dont care about basic members

Well maybe they just dont care for basic members. I am sure that if we are diamond members that those kind of things would never happened. But what can we do my friend, they dont posese understanding for little people.

Same things happened to me and all my work was lost. All that administarator answered me is that I should wrote article in Microsoft Word and then copy past it in my article!!!!! ITs realy frustrating....analasies takes time....I was preety angry as well.
