Hello Nat,

I am new to the site, but I use to fence foil and epee.  I qualified for the Junior Olympics twice and the US Championships.  In both cases, I just missed making it out of the first round on tiebreakers--so frustrating...once by one point.

I never had the reflexes for sabre, so I was other's people's pin cushion or practice dummy.

Being left-handed, I confused some of my opponents because, in some cases, I was the first lefty they had faced.  As I would tell them, just think of me as a fencer who liked to open in the 4 (Quarte) position.

Hi Nat,

I don't know anything about fencing but I know several people who are very involved in it. Do you need some information about fencing and/or fencing equipment?My IT manager at work orders equipment all the time for his team. His Mom and I think his daughter are fencers.
