Instead of filling my normal blog with too many chess related posts, I believe I will start using this one.

 

I played a bit in middle school but have not played at all in several years until a few months ago.  Im trying to play often and I'm viewing lots of games now. Hopefully I'll be better soon as I am currently quite bad.

 

Here's a game I played yesterday against an opponent I knew would win.  I played him simply to see what a better player would do in certain situations.  Unfortunately I don't know that I learned much.
