for a friend

This is a post-game analysis I did for a friend who just played a game with me on another site - I'm not looking for analysis from anyone so feel free to just pass on by.

interesting idea - personally I am usually hesitant to make a move like 7...g5, only because I expect to castle kingside later and then my pawns are all out of whack. However I like the idea of gaining bishop for knight - thank you for the suggestion and I'll look more into that idea!

You could play 7... g5 8. Bg3 Nh5, gaining space and gaining the advantage of two bishops, but since the center is closed I'm not sure if that's the best plan.  However, it could open later.  Anyone have thoughts on this?
