Hm black played pretty badly. but, your combo worked well enough. He didnt develop is kingside at all, and castled to a weak queen side. Good win though. Even if you didnt see the mate, you had a lot of good moves in that position.

Lol, I played white, not black. But thanks anyways I was a bit surprised when he didn't transpose into the mainline Scandanavian, so I took advantage of that.

First mistake blacks 3rd move Qe6+ ? is a bad move better is Qa5 avoids the trouble later  of being attacked as much and keeps control of the center.

Blacks 5th move Qg6?! is doubious to say the least it doesnt do much just waist another chance to develop but at least u give ur bishop more space i suppose but still not good better is Nf6 or even a6 believe it not because a6 prevents Nb5 or Bb5. so i hope thats some of it. Dont move your queen so much in the opening ok...
