I need some rook endgame training :c)

My latest game IRL.
My opponent had quite a higher rating than me. He said after tha game he initially took his task very lightly, which might explain his somewhat unambitious behaviour  in this game. I think my first serious mistake was Kf5. Perhaps Kf3 was better.  Then I made a serie of poor moves and resigned in move 54. I need to practice those endgames til next time :c)

I trust you'll fine this in line, Goodluck!

    1. Post your Rooks at the 7th Rank.

    2. Make sure you're Rooks are fully utilised, even if you're underpressure.

    3. Avoid Opponent's pieces to (Pin or Fork) on the Rook and King, Instead do the Opposite.

    4. Avoid Rook exchanges when your Pawn Structure has been paralised.

    5. Avoid Rook Sacrifice, if it isn't for positional advantage.

Once again: " Goodluck with your lessons. :)
