Inaccurate Fireworks
Sometimes I get taken away by this beautiful game and it may happen that I stay up longer than I should, playing on. I have found that this affects my ability to calculate, which should be no surprise. The game below falls into the resulting category of I-got-served games.
I played a strong opening but when I had to cash in I chose lines that just didn´t work out. There was a neat tactic involving a knight fork that would have won the game outright, but I missed it. My opponent continued to play without further important inaccuracies and I was just unable to hold the position.
