Instructive Endgame Loss

This is the endgame from an earlier blog.  The game itself was pretty undramatic, but the endgame was extremely instructive, at least for me.  If you were Black, 
what would you play on move 30?  The move I played seemed natural and obvious, but appears to lose by force.  What do you think?

    I'm not sure if this is an easy win, but it looks like a win for White.  What do you think?

    34...Kc6 might be an option too. Can you see an easy win for white ?

    A friend of mine looked this over and pointed out that 31 ...e5 appears to draw, in which case 31. ...Kd7 is the losing move.  Here are some lines.

     

    Of course, it's very possible that I've missed a critical line and gotten this all wrong.  That's why I'm blogging, to find out Cool  If any endgame afficionados can tell me if I've found the Truth in this position or not, please do!
