Thanks, Joe! It was a great lesson for me! When that game ended I had no idea that either side had a win. Great reminder of the value in spending time going over each game- win, lose, or draw.

The original game was a draw because White missed the winning idea and when I looked at this endgame variation I neglected to change the final result.  I'll see if I can fix that...

Why was it a draw. If white could queen a pawn?
