I am not sure but I think Garri has been a free man for some time now.  See my previous blog.  Some say he does not answer his emails but I think he cannot answer all his mail because of the sheer volume he gets.  I would appreciate any comments--pehaps from Garri himself if he would be so kind.  Submitted for your kindest consideration, Garri.
