Knocked out of Inter-region finals

I played this game a week ago, in the Inter-Regional finals against Knox. My game was the last to finish and I lost. The time controls were changed from 60 min to 45 min + 10 sec increment, the increment which I completely forgot existed half way through the game until I reached 'time trouble'. Even worse is that my opponent offered a draw which I declined because I thought our board 3 would lose (due to his 'time trouble').

Anyways, enough of the ranting and the game (from move 15 is where both sides start making blunders and mistakes):

    I'm glad to see you considered the queen sac line with 10.dxc6 ;) I was about to point that out. It doesn't seem all that bad to me. You play Ne5, Bc4, castle. Then a central breakthrough with d5.
    It may interest you to know that you're now higher-rated than your opponent...
