Ladder Chess

For those of you that enjoy playing chess on a ladder then GrayMatter Ladder Chess may be the group for you. They have had 2 active ladders for a long time now. There are both fast and slow players in the group. One ladder has a time/move limit of 2 days/move and the other 5 days/move.
Each ladder is well maintained and each always has matches going on, especially at the top of the ladders. I like the extra little "kick" of playing ladder matches as it is similar to the pressure of playing in tournaments or team matches.
The members are all nice and a family atmosphere is maintained by following the "spirit" of GrayMatter chess which can briefly explained by the statement:
It is about chess, but it's not just about chess - and it's not just about you!
