This was a tuff game for me against David Cubitt of Edinburgh Chess Club which it is reconed to be the second oldest chess club in the world (http://www.edinburghchessclub.co.uk/)
Kings gambit declined Falkbeer counter-gambit got in a bit of a mess in the begining then things started to take shape and as the end game was upon us I was starting to think they I could win this but alas tripped over my own pieces could find away out was a pawn up and David was getting into time trouble too

What a close game Jim. I was going through this game thinking white must win. You were on top for large parts of the game and I thought the a-pawn was destined to queen. What was final score in the match?
