No points given yo me.

How can I win on time and not receive the points I am supposed to have added to my rating? Who do I complain, or dispute this problem?

If you're talking about the game against Josh13a, then with only two moves made, the game is effectively unrated.

A game must have a least 4 moves to affect your rating.

Yea it is kind of unfair sometimes you are winning in the position and then they lose on time. So you dont get a rating boost
