O. G. D'Agostini chess problem

Probably all chess players from Brazil learned to play with the classic work on this game, the book "Xadrez Básico" ("Basic Chess"), published in the 1950's, by the National Master Orfeu Gilberto D'Agostini. He was a doctor and was selected to accompany Grand Master Miguel Najdorf when he did his blind simultaneous in 1947 (45 boards, a record at the time).

This is a problem from his book, composed by D'Agostini himself. Enjoy!

Of course xQ is the answer but the pawn can't be made a Q or rook as that would stale mate .Then the knight can take the bk pawn and the passed pawn can be promoted or a white bisshop sacrefice then bring kt to check mate king

Thanks. I had never heard of Dr. D'Agostini.  The problem puzzled me and I never found the solution myself.
