O.T.B. versus O.T.Tinternet

Hi all,
wonder if any of you have experienced this:
today I played my first O.T.B. game for a few years, having played on chess.com for about 6 months and, I think, improved a lot (I'm in and around 1600). Needless to say I was thoroughly spanked. Humiliated. Wupped.
I was very disheartened by how difficult I found it to think without my comfy office seat, a day to consider every move, and an analysis board.
Sound familiar?
