In the second position, now there is 2.h7+ Kh8 3.Nf7# So, 2.h7+ is not incorrect but your puzzle rejects it. In the first position, 2.Kh6 is not incorrect either.

I still don't know if the puzzle software can process alternatives (PGN variations). Anyway it is not good if a puzzle rejects correct moves as incorrect. This may confuse beginners.
