Rook endings

Had a recent game with player tkisdapoop that made me work for the mate, causing me to go back and recall how to do a rook and king endgame. It's been a while since someone made me finish it, and I thought it was worth posting, since he did everything right trying to avoid checkmate and trick me into stalemate.
