Tactics Trainer Kicking my Butt

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but everytime I get a 1900+ problem, I fail. I solve the other ones without much complication.  I get a 1900+ problem and I get glassy eyed.

It always looks unclear until I see the solution.  Its the quiet moves that get me.  I keep looking for the one-two punch.

I have finally solved a 1900+ problem. I actually picked the correct solution on a 2000+ problem but chose a conservative line instead.  Maybe I can begin a trend of finally solving these things.

The saga continues.  I thought I had broken my mental block when I was given a 2000+ puzzle with a six move mating combination involving the sacrifice of a queen!  Can you believe these puzzles.  Six move mate and a queen sac in one game!  Can't wait to see the master level puzzles.

What can I say – speed killsTongue out?

But seriously, I’ve been killed by ones that were much lowerEmbarassed – and it was only from a particular range in question, then again – I’ve survived higherSurprised

Suggestion = Preview your range from the “View Problems” tab – see if that works for you.

There’re other sites that you can visit, and work on some puzzles – then you can make a comparison to your TT rankCool.

If you’re interested – drop me note, I’ll email them to youSmile.
