Three's a Crowd!

White is a piece up in an offensive position, but Black has barricaded himself solidly here with the central pawns ensuring that white will need at least 3 moves to activate either of his Rooks

It would be a shame for White to give up the advantage of his position, but how can he keep pressing Black without the support of the heavy artillery stuck on the first rank?
