Turning Round a Game

I like to play Live Chess really to improve my rating as well as improve my lateral thinking. I started one game with a nice opening but was soon down by one piece. However, I was able to plan tactically and execute a well designed game with minimal loss of pieces and eventually won. Please note the game (Live Chess Game) below.
