What's wrong with this picture?

Blindjoe and I have played a very good Chess game, he has won but and this is the strange part the game is still running. You know how it stops when someone has a draw or checkmate for some reason it hasn't done that any one know why?

An interesting difference between chess.com chess and OTB chess... in OTB chess, it's quite possible to have both sides agree that there is a checkmate when there isn't one. :)

It is not mate. The only move available is enpassant.

I would like to see the position to be sure that there is actually a checkmate.
