The king can kill any piece. It can kill the queen by making the queen move right next to the king.It can kill the castle/rook by moving into a dioagnal square.  It can kill the bishop by moving in a vertical or horizontal square. It can kill the night/horse by simply moving right next to it. And last but cetaintly not least it can kill the pon by moving the king anywhere behind it or the square right in front of it. In the queen example, the queen has to move. In the other examples, the king has to move.the only single piece the king can NOT kill is the other king.

It's usually women who ask for equality. Yet, I think it should be men who should because men are way less equal than women!

I know in the past women did not have the right to vote, were paid less for the same job done by a man, ..etc. But this is something of the past now. Women, especially in Europe, the US and other modern countries, form a larger percentage of voters, they get elected as memebers of parliement as well as Goverment Members and Government Heads. They are mayors, governors, judges, CEO's, they even play chess and win over men (Harmi won against me several games!!)

But now in areas were women are traditionally favored, they have continued to be favored and even more so.

I have a female friend who told me she gets away when pulled over by a cop just by throwing a nice smile and some seductive soft talk.

Women are most favored in courts in divorce and custody issues.

And so many other examples. So, it is time to have EQUALITY!!

Harmi, theoritically, you are actually right. But we know that this will not happen unless by mistake.

Joe, so tell me what kind of abusive and unfair relationship is this? I demand equality between king and queen!

And what happens if you are facing two Queens (after a pawn has been promoted)?
