My old repertoire book (Sam Collins "An Attacking Repertoire for White") has a modest collection of games from the point of view of White player vs Scandinavian Defense (1.e4 d5). The Alburt/Dzindzichashvili/Perelshteyn book has a more thorough treatment of it - although I didn't get to read it prior to this game and relied on 365chess.com's opening explorer and this game Volokitin vs Bauer (2005)
