On the one hand you dislike common aims with team-work and on the other you say you enjoy the camaraderie with a others.  Am confused.

I've always disliked team sports because I can't stand depending on other people but what I like about running track, playing tennis and chess, is the one on one action, with only myself to blame when I lose.

What I like about being on a chess team is the camraderie and the enjoyment of being in a common endeavor.  Whether we win or lose, if we keep getting players at this rate, we can still stay laid back and have some fun and rise to the top together!

I play chess because it is challenging. When ever i play chess it gets my hopes up to win. Chess is challengeing to me because every game you (general) play, you dont know if you are going to win or not.
