incremants blur classifications

I'm not complaining, but I just realized(being somewhat new at blitz) that a standard live game of 15/0 is much quicker than playing someone set at, say 5/30 or 10/15. It seems to blur the difference between the two. it seems that even14/10 would be considered blitz, while 15/0 is standard.     Perhaps the basis for classification should take into account the size of the incremant and not just the base time.
